Job Summary

Maintains high quality food service operations and ensures adherence to quality assurance standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimize waste.
• Monitors staff performance, ensuring quality assurance standards are met and the operation is clean and organized.
• Maintains marketing materials, ensuring signage is current and appropriate.
• Enforces policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
