Dining Server – Senior Living Community

Role Overview

As a Dining Server, your primary responsibility is to deliver professional and timely meal service in a senior living community, creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders
• Assist residents with menu selections and provide descriptions
• Bus and reset tables according to community standards
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and bistro
• Complete assigned side work and opening/closing duties
• Participate in pre-meal meetings to review menu offerings
• Utilize systems for accurate order entry and meal delivery
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards
• Build positive connections and deliver excellent service to cultivate a hospitable environment
