Dining Server – Senior Living Community

About the role

As a Dining Server in a senior living community, you will deliver timely, professional meal service, creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist residents with menu selections and provide menu descriptions
• Bus and reset tables according to community standards
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and bistro
• Complete side work and opening/closing duties
• Attend pre-meal meetings to review menu offerings
• Use systems for accurate order entry and meal delivery
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards
• Build positive connections and deliver excellent service each shift

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong customer service skills and ability to foster hospitable environments
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
• Ability to assist with menu guidance and operate relevant systems

Pay

The role offers a pay range of $15.92 to $19.90.
