Dining Server Part Time

Every other weekend; weekends need to be available days and evenings. Server hours are 4–7 pm during the week. Hours on the weekend range from 9:30 am–7 pm and vary based on needs.

About the role

The Server is responsible for providing upscale, professional dining services to community residents and guests. This person possesses a warm and inviting personality and responds to resident, guest, and team member requests in a timely manner, professionally representing The Waters.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent hospitality to our seniors
• Serve food and beverages to residents and guests in a professional and timely manner
• Create a fun, engaging, and caring environment for our residents
• Engage with residents’ family and friends and take time to visit with them

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; previous hospitality experience preferred
