Job Purpose

The Lead Server performs designated work and cleaning routines for the Dining Department. The Lead Server is responsible for ensuring that all serving and cleaning tasks are completed in accordance with Wingate policies and procedures, working under the direction of the Dining Room Manager to provide quality food service that meets the needs of residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform designated work and cleaning routines for the Dining Department.
• Ensure all serving and cleaning tasks comply with Wingate policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Dining Room Manager to deliver quality food service for residents.

Pay

$18‑$20 per hour
