Dining Server

About the role

Dining Servers at Life Enriching Communities provide exceptional service to residents in their rooms and dining areas. They follow all regulations regarding special diets, set up and clean the dining room, distribute and collect menus, and perform other essential tasks to ensure a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals to residents in their rooms and dining area in friendly and timely manner by following all regulations regarding special diets.
• Set up meal trays and dining room as instructed.
• Distributes and collect menus as necessary.
• Completes daily cleaning duties as outlined in daily lists to ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the meal service.
• Restocks food and supplies in preparation of the next meal service.
• Clear and resets tables.
• Perform dishwashing/cleaning procedures. Ensure that utensils, etc. are readily available for next meal.

Requirements

• Some High School
• Prior experience in related food service position preferred
• Possess a customer service background and orientation

Qualifications

• Full-Time, 36-40 hours per week, 12- hour shifts
  Part-Time, 24 hours per week, 12-hour shifts
  PRN (as needed), 4- 8 hour shifts

• Commensurate with experience
