About the role

Oversee the Guest Services Department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise support staff and coordinate registration and transportation
• Train front desk personnel and manage guest interactions such as check-in/out, reservations, and guest orientation
• Ensure world-class service and handle guest mail and deliveries
• Oversee safety procedures and maintain inventory and supplies
• Design staff training programs and manage safe deposit boxes
• Collaborate with departments to guarantee a seamless guest experience

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with computers
• Experience in hospitality or guest services (preferred)
• Leadership ability and fluency in English
