Dining Room Supervisor-Full Time

Job Summary

The primary role of the Dining Room Supervisor is supervising dining room team members in the setting up of tables, serving of food, cleaning and maintenance of the dining room, and customer service. Ensures that food is handled in accordance with sanitary standards and recognized food serving practices. This position is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism and ensures resident satisfaction in the dining department.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of professional managerial experience in related field preferred or equivalent knowledge is a prerequisite for entry into profession.
• Effective ability to make appropriate judgments and decisions, in a timely manner and within the context of the situation at hand.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and willing to help foster a positive working environment.

Benefits

• Shift: 6:30 am-2:00 pm/ 11:30 am- 8:00 pm, days may vary depending on department needs.
• Compensation: $25.00 - $27.00, depending on experience.
