Our company has over 40 years of proven experience in the restaurant industry and is seeking a positive, personable applicant to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the team from a positive perspective
- Understand that every customer, employee, and vendor is important to the business
- Experience in fast-paced, high-volume restaurants, retail, or other related fields
- Manage and develop employees
- Lead and motivate a team daily
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Able to multi-task, think quickly, and make good decisions
- Dependable, reliable, and self-motivated
- High standards for excellent food quality and cleanliness
Requirements
- Must have majority of the above requirements for employment consideration
