About the role
As a Dining Room Server, you’ll play an essential role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our residents. You’ll be responsible for delivering meals efficiently, maintaining cleanliness, and providing friendly, resident-first service while supporting the overall operations of the Dining Services Department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with residents, thrives in a hospitality-driven environment, and takes pride in creating a positive dining experience every day. You’ll work closely with Dining Leadership to ensure trays, tables, and dining areas are prepared, organized, and fully stocked.
Pay
Starting at $14.00 and up. Pay is based on professional experience.
Schedule
10:30am–7pm, must have weekend availability.
Requirements
- Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
- Friendly, positive attitude and passion for serving others
- Ability to follow instructions, special diets, and portion controls
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety
- Must be 18 or older
