Dining Room Server

Do you enjoy creating memorable dining experiences and making someone's day a little brighter? At Arbor Terrace Delray, our dining team does more than serve meals—we create meaningful moments for our residents every day.

Responsibilities

• Providing restaurant-style meal service with exceptional hospitality
• Building relationships with residents while delivering friendly, attentive service
• Taking meal orders and accommodating resident preferences and dietary requests
• Aiding with meal setup, beverage service, and table service
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting dining room
• Working closely with the culinary team to ensure an outstanding dining experience
• Supporting special events, celebrations, and community dining programs

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a Level 2 background check
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Previous restaurant, hospitality, country club, hotel, or senior living dining experience is a plus—but we're happy to train the right person
• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference
