Dining Room Server

About the role

Opus East Memphis is seeking personable dining room servers to provide outstanding service in their upscale senior living community. Part-time hours are available from Monday to Friday, 3:30 pm - 8 pm, with some weekend availability. Weekend-only shifts are also available from 6:30 am - 2:30 pm every other weekend. All servers must have some weekend flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver restaurant-style dining services with a hospitality focus
• Brighten up residents' days during each meal service
• Handle special requests for residents
• Keep the dining room clean and inviting
• Work as a team to ensure a pleasant dining experience

Requirements

• Bartender experience is a plus
• Must be able to pass a level 2 background check
• Maintain positive resident relations through courteous, cooperative, and understanding behavior
