About the role
Arbor Company Shrewsbury is an upscale assisted living community where exceptional service and hospitality are at the heart of everything we do. We are seeking a friendly and dependable Dining Room Server to create memorable dining experiences for our residents. Located at Arbor Terrace Shrewsbury, 864 Shrewsbury Avenue, Tinton Falls, NJ 07724. Responsibilities
- Deliver restaurant‑style dining services with a hospitality focus.
- Bring cheerful energy that puts a smile on residents during each meal service.
- Assist residents with special requests.
- Work as a team to keep the dining room clean and inviting.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a level 2 background check.
- Maintain positive resident relations through a courteous, cooperative, and understanding manner.
- Friendly and dependable demeanor.

Pay
Starting pay rate: $17 per hour.
Schedule
Part‑time schedules: 4 pm – 7 pm and 7 am – 2 pm (some flexibility in days is required).
