Dining Room Server

About the Role

Merrill Gardens at Burien is seeking a compassionate, caring, responsible, and honest Dining Room Server to support residents within our beautiful community. This role is ideal for individuals who genuinely love working with the senior population and are dedicated to creating an atmosphere that values individualism and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Professionally serve meals in our restaurant-style dining room.
• Provide a high level of customer service to residents and guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Food Handler’s Permit as required.
• Flexibility with schedule and availability to work early morning and evening shifts, as well as weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Regular standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Frequent bending, carrying, and reaching.
