Dining Room Server

About the role

Turners Rock Senior Living is seeking a Dining Room Server to support residents within their beautiful community. Ideal candidates are passionate about working with seniors, dedicated to supporting their wellness journey, and possess compassion, care, responsibility, and honesty.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals to residents in a courteous and respectful manner.
• Ensure dining areas are clean and organized at all times.
• Assist residents with dining needs, including helping with mobility and serving food.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Food Handler’s Permit as required.
• Flexibility with schedule and availability to work early morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 lbs, bend, carry, and reach frequently.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule

• Shifts typically run from 11am to 7:30pm.
