About the role

Dining Room Servers at Truewood by Merrill, New Bern are responsible for professionally serving meals in our restaurant-style dining room, providing a high level of customer service to residents and guests, and working flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Professionally serve meals in the restaurant-style dining room.
• Provide a high level of customer service to residents and guests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Food Handler’s Permit as required.
• Flexibility with schedule and availability to work early morning and evening shifts as well as weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• This position involves regular standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Frequent bending, carrying, and reaching are part of the day-to-day activities.
• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
