Dining Room Server

As a Dining Room Server at Belmont Village Senior Living, you will play an active role in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and an exceptional dining experience throughout each meal and special event. While this is a non-tipped position, it offers a steady, reliable schedule, a consistent customer base, and a chance to be part of a positive, collaborative culture where team members are encouraged to learn, grow, and build long-term careers. Schedule

• Full Time: Wednesday to Sunday, 6am to 2pm
• Part Time: Sunday to Thursday, 4pm to 8pm

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and personalized dining service to a group of assigned tables in our on-site restaurant, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Take accurate orders, offer menu recommendations, and deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure orders are served at the correct temperature, with proper presentation and accuracy
• Prepare and set up the dining room for service, ensuring flatware, condiments, and beverages are always ready
• Assist with meal service at special events and celebrations held within the Belmont Village community
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and assigned tables, ensuring guest needs are met throughout each meal

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be able to efficiently multi-task, be an active listener, and collaborate effectively with team members
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn and work in a hands-on, hospitality-oriented position
• Knowledge of dining etiquette and prior restaurant server experience is preferred
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential
