About the Role
Twin Farms Resort is seeking enthusiastic, service-oriented individuals to join our Dining Room team as AM Servers. Our hospitality professionals are committed to delivering thoughtful, attentive service and setting exceptional standards in food and beverage experiences at this private, all-inclusive luxury resort for adults in Barnard, Vermont.
Schedule
Available shifts:
- 6:00am – 2:00pm
- 8:00am – 4:00pm
Hours may vary based on operational needs. Start date: Late April 2026 (flexible).
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, professional service to guests during breakfast, lunch, and special events.
- Greet guests and present menu items in a pleasant and informative manner.
- Answer general questions regarding food and beverage offerings.
- Accurately take and serve food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
- Communicate all guest dietary needs and preferences to the kitchen team.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service areas, and common spaces.
- Complete daily side work, including stocking supplies, polishing silverware and glassware, bussing tables, rearranging the dining room, and general cleaning duties.
- Assist with room service as needed.
- Support the Dining Room Manager and Supervisors with projects and tasks as assigned.
- Arrive on time, professionally dressed, and ready to begin the shift at the scheduled start time.
Training will be provided, and team members are expected to follow established service standards and procedures.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in restaurant service, fine dining, or hospitality preferred.
- Professional demeanor and a collaborative attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software preferred.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Team-oriented attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality and continuous learning.
