Dining Room Manager

About the role

The Dining Room Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring all dining venues provide exemplary customer service to residents, guests and associates.

Pay

$68,000–$75,000 per year

Schedule

Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00 am–6:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Promote a hospitality‑focused culture in all dining venues
• Manage the front‑of‑house team
• Serve as liaison between guests, residents and kitchen staff
• Record production and operational data as required
• Create effective schedules, plan and forecast labor by budget
• Interview, hire, train, manage and retain highly effective associates

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Minimum of three years’ food service experience in a supervisory role required
• POS user experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Bring a positive, hospitality‑driven attitude and be a great team player

Certifications

• Current Food Handler’s Certificate required
