Dining Room Manager

Immanuel Communities is seeking a full-time Dining Room Manager to work at Yankee Hill Village, located at 8401 South 33rd Street, Lincoln, NE 68516. Yankee Hill Village has 47 independent living, 59 assisted living, and 16 memory support apartment homes.

Schedule

• Generally Tuesday - Saturday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Holidays typically 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (may vary based on community needs)
• Flexibility is required

Pay

Based on experience, certifications, skills, and education.

Responsibilities

• Manage meal service, dining room appearance, and dining staff to ensure the highest level of hospitality and food service
• Oversee dining room activities and coordinate events
• Hire, train, and supervise quality staff members
• Maintain payroll records
• Complete administrative duties

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (required)
• Two (2) years of dining room experience (required)
• One (1) year of dining room management experience (required)
