About the role
We are looking for a motivated Dining Room Manager to join our healthcare team at White Horse Village. As a Dining Room Manager with Cura Hospitality, you will ensure a high-quality dining experience for customers, staff, and visitors. You will lead an energetic team of servers to deliver the optimal dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operation of the dining room
- Schedule, manage, and train dining room employees
- Handle customer service interactions
Requirements
- Experience supervising multiple employees
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Previous hospitality management experience (preferred)
