Dining Room Manager $19-22.25 10a-7:30p & 6:30a-4p (Full Time)

About the Role

As the Dining Room Manager, you will ensure the dining room remains impeccable and that residents receive exceptional service. Your role includes greeting residents, fostering connections, preparing for meal services, maintaining cleanliness, and observing residents' dietary habits.

Responsibilities

• Keep the dining room presentable and ensure high-quality service for residents.
• Greet residents warmly and create a welcoming environment.
• Mingle, entertain, and encourage resident connections.
• Prepare tables, salads, and silverware for meal services.
• Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sweeping floors, and other tidying tasks.
• Communicate with supervisors and Wellness about residents' dietary habits, appetite changes, or meal absences.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and recovery after falls.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience leading a hospitality team preferred.
• Knowledge of care and supervision requirements for residents.
• Valid food server permit as required by the county.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English at an 8th-grade proficiency level.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for working with residents.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Good physical and mental health, verified by a physician within six months prior to or seven days following employment.
• Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at the time of health screening.

$19.00 - $22.25 per hour.

Sunday: 6:30am–4:00pm
