We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes Position Summary, Essential Job Functions, Qualifications/Education Requirements, Physical Demands, What We Offer (benefits). Also maybe "Pay" not explicitly given; they mention Competitive Compensation Program but no specific numbers, so we should not create Pay section because no specific pay amount. Schedule? Not given explicitly; they mention flexible schedule, weekends, holidays, overtime but not a schedule description. Should we include Schedule? The rule: only include section when posting has real, specific content for it. "Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and overtime" is somewhat specific but not a schedule like "Full-time, 40 hours per week". Might be considered schedule info. However they said never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. They do state benefits in "What We Offer". So Benefits section is appropriate. For Schedule, they mention ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and overtime. That's somewhat specific but not a defined schedule. Could be considered schedule content. I'd include a Schedule section with that info. For Pay, they mention Competitive Compensation Program - actual pay rate will be calculated based on relevant years of experience and education/certification requirements. That's not a specific pay figure, but it's still compensation info. The rule says never create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It does state Competitive Compensation Program but no specific rate. Might be considered too vague. Safer to omit Pay section. Benefits we have details.
We need headings: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should map content to appropriate headings.
We have Position Summary -> could be About the role.
Essential Job Functions -> Responsibilities.
Qualifications/Education Requirements -> Qualifications (or Requirements). Could also include Skills but we have qualifications.
Physical Demands maybe could be under Requirements? But we could create a separate section? Not in list. Probably we can include under Qualifications or Requirements. But we have to follow headings list; we can use Requirements for physical demands? Might be better to put under Requirements.
What We Offer -> Benefits.
We also have maybe Skills? Not explicit.
We'll produce:

Or we could combine qualifications and requirements into one Qualifications section.
