Dining Operations Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage daily meal service, events, and all operations related to assigned cafés and dining accounts.
- Oversee catering for meetings, corporate events, and dining services, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Provide strategic leadership by hiring, training, and developing staff; manage work schedules and foster a cohesive, high-performing team.
- Support the District Manager in analyzing business results, developing action plans, and implementing strategies to improve performance and drive growth.
- Maintain café satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings; initiate improvements as needed.
- Ensure safe, secure, and healthy facility environments by enforcing sanitation standards and procedures in compliance with local regulations.
- Motivate culinary and management teams to innovate and modernize menus and services.
- Collaborate with account teams and provide recommendations to the District Manager to increase market share and enhance customer experience.
- Assist with special corporate projects or events as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant industry and management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and industry trends.
- Superior customer service skills and daily interactions with our customers and clients.
- A strong understanding of employee and client relations.
- Strong ability to support, manage, and promote growth initiatives.
- Full-time travel to accounts to support operational needs.
