Pay
Competitive salary: $17.00 - $18.00/hr depending on experience.

About the Role
Our Dining Room Lead Servers are part of a team responsible for the flow of service from the kitchen to the residents in our 5-star Dining Room.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team during service, assigning roles and working with the Dining Room Supervisor for continued success
- Serve food with professionalism and knowledge of basic food offerings and menu content
- Maintain a clean and properly set-up restaurant to meet resident expectations
- Perform dishwashing duties during shift as needed
Requirements
- 1 year in a lead server role
- Experience in team leadership roles
- Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Effective communication in English
