Dining Host

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and dependable Dining Host to join our dietary services team. This role helps create a welcoming dining experience for our residents while supporting meal service throughout the facility. If you enjoy working with people and want to make a positive difference in the lives of seniors, we would love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Checking meal trays for accuracy before serving
• Delivering meals and snacks to residents
• Assisting residents during mealtimes as needed
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
• Supporting meal service and dining room operations
• Promoting positive social interaction and engagement with residents
• Assisting the dietary team with service and dining room setup
• Performing additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Friendly and service-oriented attitude
• Ability to work well with elderly residents and team members
• Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous food service or healthcare experience is helpful but not required
