Dimensional Metrology Specialist — Micro‑Hydraulic Components

About the role

The Dimensional Metrology Specialist is responsible for inspecting micro-hydraulic components using advanced measurement tools to ensure quality and precision.

Responsibilities

• Inspect micro-hydraulic components using dimensional metrology equipment
• Document findings and discrepancies in inspection reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
• Stay updated on new measurement techniques and technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in dimensional metrology or similar role
• Proficiency with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and other metrology tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Experience with micro-hydraulic components preferred
• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems
• Basic understanding of hydraulics and mechanics

Skills

• Proficient in using CMM and other metrology tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay

Hourly rate: $21.50 - $30 per hour
