Digital Transformation Project Leader

This role is ideal for a project manager who understands manufacturing operations and enjoys working at the intersection of business, data, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations, service, and manufacturing teams to gather and refine requirements
• Translate business needs into data requirements and project deliverables
• Lead initiatives that leverage data from systems like ERP and external sources
• Align stakeholders on reporting needs, performance metrics, and execution strategies
• Work cross-functionally with IT and technical teams to deliver solutions
• Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing or operations-focused environments
• Strong stakeholder management and requirement gathering experience
• Exposure to Digital Transformation or Industry 4.0 initiatives
• Ability to connect business processes with data/reporting needs
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field

Important Note: This is not a standalone IT/ERP implementation role. Candidates must have experience working directly with operations and business teams.

Pay

$90,000 - $110,000 annually
