Job Summary

HighRadius is seeking a Digital Transformation Principal to lead the implementation of Payments Automation solutions. This role involves bridging the gap between complex B2B payments technology and executive-level business value.

Strategic Discovery

Conduct deep-dive operational assessments to identify friction in a prospect's current B2B payment ecosystem, such as high interchange fees, manual cash application, cross-border and multi-currency complexities, and map these issues to HighRadius solutions with their corresponding value propositions.

Value Engineering

Build and present compelling business cases, ROI models, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses to justify technology investments to finance executives.

Executive Demonstrations

Deliver powerful, tailored product demonstrations to the Finance departments of enterprise-level clients, up to the CFO level.

Collaborative Strategy

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to architect scalable digital payment transformation roadmaps.

Product Management Collaboration

Collaborate with Product Management and Strategy teams to influence the product roadmap based on real-world prospect feedback and emerging trends in the Payments industry.

Qualifications

  • Payments Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of the B2B payments landscape, including merchant acquiring, credit card processing (interchange optimization, Level 2/3/CEDP data), direct debit (ACH, SEPA, Bacs, BECS, etc.), alternative payment methods, digital wallets, real-time payments (RTP), and global payment gateways.
  • Pre-Sales / Consulting Experience: Proven track record in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or tech-focused Management Consulting role, ideally selling into the Office of the CFO.
  • Executive Presence: Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to build trust and sustain strategic relationships with C-suite executives.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex technical workflows and solutions into quantifiable business value (ROI) and easily understandable customer-facing presentations.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical/financial field.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel domestically up to 40% to meet with enterprise prospects.
