Responsibilities

• Design and implement digital transformation strategies using low-code/no-code platforms, workflow automation tools, and technical integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital innovation within Army Headquarters operations.
• Lead the development and deployment of scalable, secure, and user-friendly digital solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Transformation Architect or similar role, with a focus on low-code/no-code solutions and workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of Army Headquarters operations or equivalent large-scale organizational processes.
• Hands-on experience with digital transformation tools, platforms, and integrations.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative, technology-driven solutions.

Pay

USD 149,090 per year
