Digital Transformation & AI Lead

For our client, a leader in the Consumer Technology space, we are seeking a Digital Transformation & AI Lead to join their team. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Serve as the onsite Project Manager for a digital transformation program
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, deliverables, and resources
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams for digital engineering and technology initiatives
• Facilitate client meetings and executive status updates
• Track project performance and ensure contractual commitments are met
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Support program management across multiple infrastructure projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction
• Master's Degree preferred
• 15+ years of related experience with at least some supervisory/managerial experience
• Proven track record in managing digital transformation or technology implementation projects
• Deep understanding of construction project delivery methodologies
• Experience collaborating with diverse project stakeholders and executive stakeholders
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills

Pay

$134,100 – $241,400 annually
