Responsibilities

• Work with the Enterprise Workflow Solutions team within USAA’s Member Value office to support defining, maturing, and coordinating delivery of workflow strategy.
• Maintain awareness of the current workflow toolset to motivate its modernization onto the identified new platform and drive re‑engineering of business operational workflows.
• Independently leverage Digital or Technology research, business and market intelligence, and data‑driven insights to identify opportunities, propose solutions, create and maintain roadmaps, and improve performance.
• Assist with translating Digital or Technology product and experience opportunities (customer needs and wants, plus other inputs) into initiatives (requirements, features) and drive development of execution strategy.
