About the role
Townsquare Ignite is a digital media sales position focused on working closely with a team. It's a fast-paced, client-facing role that involves identifying and qualifying new business prospects, managing relationships to meet client objectives, and expanding business.
Responsibilities
- Manage pipeline and meet digital sales goals
- Build relationships with local businesses and agencies
- Leverage an entrepreneurial mindset to solve complex problems
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise during virtual and in-person meetings
- Cultivate new business and collaborate with the team to grow existing business
- Own the pre- and post-sale process to exceed customer expectations
- Interpret performance reports and make campaign recommendations
- Create future value for Townsquare while delivering immediate results
- Coach, mentor, and train the sales team
Qualifications
- Proven track record of digital sales quota achievement
- Proven track record of selling digital marketing products
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of digital research tools and methodologies
- Superior presentation, interpersonal & communications skills
- IAB Certification (preferred)
- Bachelor's/Associate's degree
- Minimum 2 years of digital sales experience
- PowerPoint, Excel experience
