Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical design, development, and implementation of new technology solutions.
  • Drive maturity in software development practices and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
  • Collaborate across teams including AWS engineers, network, security, and application developers to innovate and optimize digital solutions.
  • Respond to RFIs and craft technical responses aligned with strategic goals.
  • Manage real-time troubleshooting, system monitoring, and incident response using observability tools like Datadog and CloudWatch.
  • Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive documentation for incident management, root cause analysis, and standard procedures.
  • Led efforts to standardize processes, improve efficiency, and establish best practices for data, systems, and emerging technologies like AI.
  • Participate actively in Agile sprints to evolve technology and processes.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Support security and compliance initiatives within cloud environments, including IAM, Kubernetes, and enterprise security tools.

Top Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience with AWS cloud services, networking, IT security, and enterprise systems.
  • Hands-on expertise with DevSecOps, automation, application development, and CICD pipelines (GitLab, Terraform).
  • Proficiency with Kubernetes (AWS EKS), containerization, and platform as a service (PaaS) environments.
  • Strong knowledge of security tools and compliance standards, including AWS Security, Aqua, DLP, and IAM roles.
  • Skilled in scripting languages such as Python, C, or Java.
  • Experience with observability and monitoring tools like Datadog, CloudWatch, and OpenSearch.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; 8-10 years of relevant experience.
  • AWS Solutions Architect - Professional and AWS Certified Security - Specialty certifications preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
