Digital Service Administrator

About the role

The Digital Service Administrator supports and enhances UT Federal Credit Union’s digital banking experience, focusing on online and mobile banking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support digital banking and online account opening platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve digital service issues for members and staff
• Partner with vendors on system enhancements, updates, and issue resolution
• Support fraud monitoring, compliance, and digital security efforts
• Cook up digital service projects, testing, and deployments
• Maintain procedures and training materials for staff

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in digital banking, operations, or a related financial institution role
• Strong technical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Knowledge of online banking, mobile banking, and digital account opening systems preferred
• Business-related degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
