About the role
The Digital Sales Representative will be responsible for driving online sales and building strong relationships with customers. This position offers a competitive compensation package.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for selling a wide portfolio of automobiles to qualified customers across the Midwest markets.
- Make outbound calls to prospect for business and assist customers in the purchasing process.
- Logging customer notes and following up on leads.
- Follow-up with Sales Managers to record the results of sales opportunities.
- Contact customers based on current marketing initiatives.
- Work with the Finance manager to help the customer purchase various vehicle warranties and arrange financing on the vehicle.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Excellent customer service experience.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid Driver’s License.
