Digital Sales Manager - Pipeline Posting
Candidates for the Digital Sales Manager role must have sales experience in the digital space and be able to drive revenue. This position is open to candidates in any location, provided they reside within reasonable commuting distance to one of our markets.
The anticipated starting salary range for individuals in CA, NY, CO, DC, IL, and WA is $125,000 to $175,000. Salary will be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

Responsibilities
- Participate in sales calls with Audacy Account Executives.
- Consult with local and regional businesses to understand their needs and design tailored digital solutions.
- Execute a business plan and sales strategy to meet digital revenue goals.
- Train Audacy sales teams on processes, products, operations, and the Audacy sales story.
- Provide feedback to the internal Digital Agency to improve product offerings and positioning.
- Consult with sold clients on the performance of their campaigns.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
- Achieve market digital sales goals.
- Educate sales managers and account executives on digital tools and opportunities.
- Hire and manage dedicated digital sales staff.
- Create digital programs for client presentations.
- Develop innovative solutions to meet clients’ digital marketing needs.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- 4+ years of media-related experience selling digital platforms, with prior sales management experience.
- Familiarity with internet technologies such as OTT, streaming media, ad tagging, Flash, podcasting, blogging, and RSS.
- Experience developing and conducting training sessions.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and a knack for meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and ability to craft impactful sales presentations.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- A 4-year degree is preferred, but experience is highly valued.
- Valid driver’s license, satisfactory motor vehicle record, and proof of insurance if using your own vehicle.
