Digital Sales Director - Florida
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should include sections only if posting has real content. The posting includes "About Strategus" description. That's not one of the listed headings, but maybe we could treat as "About the role"? Actually "About Strategus" is company overview, not role. The instruction says use those headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). It doesn't forbid other headings? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). Likely they expect those specific headings. We should not add unrelated headings like About Strategus. Probably we should omit that paragraph or incorporate into something else? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." It doesn't forbid other headings, but they gave examples. Safer to stick to those headings only if content exists. The posting includes "About The Role" heading with description. That's similar to "About the role". So we can map that. Then "What You'll Be Doing As a Digital Sales Director" is responsibilities. Then "Qualifications" heading. Then "Here's Why You Would Want To Work At Strategus" includes benefits, pay, etc. We need to extract benefits, pay, schedule if present. Pay: "We offer a base annual salary of $90,000 - $130,000, but that's just the starting point. This role includes uncapped commission opportunities tied to your performance, plus a full benefits package". So we have pay and benefits. Schedule: Not mentioned. So we should not create Schedule section. Benefits: "plus a full benefits package". Also maybe flexible PTO mentioned earlier: "Flexible PTO for those days that you just can't avoid... or for the ones you plan!" That's a benefit. Also "A fun and challenging work environment". Could be considered benefit but maybe not specific. We'll include flexible PTO and full benefits package. Skills: Not explicitly listed separate from qualifications. Could combine qualifications and skills? The instruction: separate sections for Qualifications and Skills. We have qualifications list; we could treat that as Qualifications. Skills maybe not present separately; we could omit Skills section if no specific content. Responsibilities: we have bullet list of duties. About the role: we have paragraph about role motivation. We need to preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". So we must only include sections where there is real specific content. Thus sections: - About the role (h3) containing the paragraph under "About The Role" (the motivational paragraph). Should we include the bullet list? No, that's responsibilities. - Responsibilities (h3) containing the list of duties under "What You'll Be Doing As a Digital Sales Director". Need to convert each sentence into
