Digital Reporter - Legal Proceedings

Key Responsibilities

• Administer oaths and participate in depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings in office and professional settings.
• Transport, set up, and operate computer and audio equipment for in-person and remote proceedings.
• Prepare audio files, exhibits, and related materials for transcription.
• Perform administrative tasks when not assigned to legal proceedings.

Requirements

• Must be a Certified Electronic Reporter Notary: Ability to obtain a state Notary Commission (guidance provided).
• Existing Notary is a plus.
