Digital Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-orientated Digital Project Manager to join our IT Innovation & Project Management Office, supporting Digital and Marketing strategic initiatives through October 2022. The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for monitoring and reporting, identifying and resolving issues, as well as adhering to specifications, and time and cost estimates. You should be able to juggle different tasks and liaise with various clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Salesforce Marketing and/or Commerce Cloud, Confluence and Jira software preferred.
• Basic understanding of CRM personalization, site personalization, marketing data and IT flow best practices.
• Experience working within sprints, Kanban, agile, environments
• Understanding of MarTech architecture and data flow between environments
• Managing multiple PM software systems: Jira, Monday.com, Asana, Trello, etc. a plus
• Coordinating and providing executive summaries and key milestone updates
