Digital Program Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Digital Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will oversee the execution of digital programs and support the coordination of cross-functional initiatives from intake through delivery. The position will partner with clients and internal stakeholders to manage priorities, track milestones, and help ensure smooth implementation of digital products. It is a strong fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings structure to multiple projects, and uses data and process improvement to drive better operational outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Support implementation and execution of digital products by coordinating activities and tracking milestones Manage a portfolio of low-to-medium complexity digital programs, ensuring timely execution Partner with clients to gather program requirements and support onboarding activities Assist with data validation, project tracking, and analysis to support decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve outcomes Identify risks and opportunities within projects and escalate for resolution Contribute to process improvement initiatives by recommending workflow enhancements Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare, operations, client success, or project management 3-6 years of experience in operations, project management, or customer-facing roles Experience managing projects and cross-functional initiatives Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills for engaging technical and client stakeholders Analytical mindset for data interpretation and supporting decision-making Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach Attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality outcomes Benefits Opportunities to grow expertise in healthcare technology and digital operations Collaborative team environment offering cross-functional project involvement Involvement in special projects that support digital product growth Focus on process improvement to enhance operational efficiency Chance to work in a high-performance health technology company Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
