Digital Program Manager

About the role

Lead large-scale digital transformation and modernization programs aligned with organizational objectives. Manage Oracle ERP implementation, enhancement, or integration projects, with a preference for Oracle Fusion experience. Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps, program plans, resource forecasts, and portfolio priorities. Partner with business leaders, product owners, and technology teams to align initiatives with long-term business goals. Drive program governance activities, including financial planning, business reviews, risk management, and executive reporting. Lead global teams across multiple regions while ensuring alignment, collaboration, and delivery excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of program management experience leading large-scale digital or technology initiatives.
• 7+ years of experience leading Agile or Scaled Agile programs and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing Oracle ERP projects, including implementation, upgrades, integrations, or transformations.
• Experience working within a global manufacturing environment.
• Strong systems integration experience involving enterprise platforms and third-party technologies.
