Digital Product Manager, Help & Support
What You'll Do
- Maintain and evolve the digital product roadmap in alignment with business priorities, stakeholder requests, and customer-facing team feedback
- Own backlog creation, grooming, and prioritization
- Translate business and customer needs into clear digital product requirements, serving as the primary product representative in design sessions, refinement, UX reviews, and development demos
- Partner cross-functionally with UX, content, analytics, research, engineering, and support operations teams to drive feature execution and rollout planning
- Define and track KPIs that measure product success; monitor post-launch performance and recommend improvements
- Conduct and commission basic customer and user research, pairing findings with analytics to identify pain points and opportunities
- Provide regular stakeholder updates on feature development, release timelines, and business impact
