Digital Product Designer (UX/UI)

About the role

The Principal, UX/UI Design, is primarily responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs by understanding user needs. You will build effective and meaningful relationships with cross-functional teams to develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to completion
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices
• Conduct advanced user research and usability testing
• Develop and refine design systems and style guides
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with business goals
• Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization

Requirements/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs.Assoc.+9 yrs.; M.S.+2 yrs.; PhD+0 yrs.)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• 5 Years of Relevant Experience
