Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary CELINE digital ambassador, ensuring a seamless and consistently elevated omnichannel experience for clients, and providing expert mentorship to Client Service advisors on advanced digital clienteling best practices.
- Reach personal sales targets and make a significant contribution to the overall penetration of high-end sales across all product categories, consistently hitting individual KPIs and sales targets.
- Build a strong understanding of client preferences through qualitative client profiling. Develop targeted campaigns and outreach based on customer insights.
- Maintain professionalism with clients and deliver exceptional client service experience, listen attentively to their needs and identify the best product offering and online CX.
- Actively identify and propose enhancements to digital clienteling tools, platforms, and operational workflows to continuously elevate the client experience and optimize sales efficiency.
- Strategically respond to high-level inbound/outbound interaction (all channels) to convert discerning prospects into loyal, long-term CELINE clients.
KEYS FOR SUCCESS
- Education: Business School, University or "equivalent experience"
- Profile: A minimum of 5-7 years of proven, progressive experience in luxury fashion retail, with a strong emphasis on high-value digital sales and client relations. Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining a robust client book of ultra-high-net-worth individuals, with a verifiable track record of exceptional sales performance.
- Advanced digital fluency: Extensive experience with social media for clienteling, e-commerce platforms, and sophisticated virtual selling tools.
- Clienteling expertise: Proven ability to cultivate and sustain long-term, high-value client relationships.
- Retail experience preferred.
- Competencies: Exceptional ability to strategically manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a dynamic, multi-dimensional luxury environment. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an innate ability to build rapport with discerning clientele. Impeccable attention to detail and highly organized approach. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a command of eloquent presentation and storytelling. Ability to interact and influence effectively with all levels of the organization including senior leadership and retail associates. Availability and flexible work schedule, including evening, weekend, holidays as needed. Travels included.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this position ranges from $26-$28 hourly. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
