Digital Printer Operator - 2nd Shift

About the role

Join Vericast as a Digital Printer Operator (2nd Shift) and dive into the fast-paced world of digital printing. This position requires an energetic and detail-loving individual who can master our digital printing equipment, collaborate with the team, maintain a safe and organized workspace, and stay on top of quality control standards.

Responsibilities

• Mastery of digital printing equipment
• Setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment
• Collaborating with the team to plan staffing and hit production goals
• Communicating effectively during shift overlaps to boost plant performance
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace
• Ensuring every print is precise and perfect through quality control
• Lifting 15–30 lbs (frequently) and standing for 8–10 hours a day

Qualifications

• A sharp eye for detail and a love for accuracy
• Flexibility to work weekends and overtime
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital printing equipment
• A true team player who shares equipment knowledge and pitches in wherever needed
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Great communication skills
