About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Press Operator to join our team. You’ll be part of a talented production group operating a new fleet of HP Indigo 12000 presses. This is a clean, fun, demanding environment.
Responsibilities
- Review the electronic customer files and layouts containing the necessary components from the TBG/Smartpress designer.
- Ensure prepress operations have been completed with regard to checking the files prior to printing.
- Print operations include loading paper, removing finished products from the press and daily press maintenance.
- Prepare and check files to assure that they are printable.
- Ensure files are imposed and stepped up to maximize yield of specified substrate and print device.
- Follow all TBG protocols and procedures according to Company standards.
- Perform miscellaneous projects and tasks as requested by management.
Requirements
- Production experience preferred
- A sharp eye for detail/quality
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- HP Indigo 12000 / 100K press experience

- Basic computer skills, including Pace and Google

$44,460 - $51,854 annually
