We’re committed to eco-friendly practices and sustainable materials. This role operates a new fleet of HP Indigo 12000 presses in a clean, fun, and demanding environment.
Responsibilities
- Review electronic customer files and layouts containing necessary components from the TBG/Smartpress designer.
- Ensure prepress operations have completed quality checks on files prior to printing.
- Prepare and verify files to confirm they are printable, including imposition and stepping to maximize substrate yield.
- Print files once all quality checks align with job ticket specifications.
- Load paper, remove finished products from the press, and perform daily press maintenance.
- Follow all TBG protocols and procedures according to company standards.
- Perform miscellaneous projects and tasks as requested by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Production experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Sharp eye for detail and quality.
- Basic computer skills, including Pace and Google.
- Self-motivated, fast learner with initiative to seek out customer and corporate needs.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, and solve moderate-level problems creatively.
- Strong time management and self-management skills to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Understand and maintain confidentiality of company, employee, and customer information.
- Thrive in a team-oriented environment with a positive attitude.
- Adaptable to change and a fast-paced environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and listening abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating small or large format press equipment, particularly HP Indigo 12000 / 100K presses.
Schedule
Thursday through Saturday, 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Pay
Compensation range: $44,460 - $51,854 annually.
