Digital Press Operator

Join our Press Operations team as an HP Digital Press Operator at our Green Bay facility, where you’ll help bring customers’ labels and packaging to life and see the results on store shelves.

Responsibilities

• Operate HP or UV digital print technologies
• Provide color management support on every project
• Collaborate with production team members to deliver top‑quality labels and packaging
• Focus on product quality, safety, team building, and effective waste management
• Learn the business by fulfilling customer needs

Qualifications

• High school education
• Preferred: Certified Operator
• Preferred: Experience using computer and touchscreen technology to manage and complete tasks

Skills

• Ability to make fact‑based decisions and troubleshoot print and press problems to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing technologies (hardware and software)
• Effective time‑management skills to meet deadlines on multiple long‑ and short‑term projects
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a diverse group of people and personalities
• Ability to provide high levels of customer service, responding promptly and thoroughly to internal inquiries
• Clear, effective communication with all team members
• A plus: Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems

Schedule

2nd Shift – Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (training on 1st shift)

3rd Shift – Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (training on 1st shift)
