Digital Press Operator, Large Format
About the role
The Bernard Group is seeking an enthusiastic Digital Press Operator to join our Large Format team. This role focuses on printing materials per exact specifications, in a timely manner, using a variety of Large Format presses.
Responsibilities
- Operate printing machines to create printed materials to customer specifications
- Perform Quality Control (QC) procedures to meet company standards
- Perform maintenance of print devices and equipment
- Collaborate on large projects with other departments
- Be part of a forward-thinking, fast-paced team of dedicated owner-operators
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- Previous work experience in printing, print operations, cutting, or machine operations (a plus)
- The ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Pay close attention to details on every project
- Basic computer skills
- Self-motivated, a fast learner, and show initiative to seek out customer and corporate needs
- Plan, prioritize, coordinate, and manage your own work
- The ability to work independently, make decisions and solve moderate level problems independently, effectively and creatively
- Complete projects accurately within deadlines, while meeting company quality standards
- Apply effective time management and self-management skills
- Understand and maintain the confidential nature of company, employee and customer information

Pay
$44,460 - $51,854 (This base pay range does not include additional compensation such as shift differentials.)
Schedule
Shifts available: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Sunday through Tuesday OR Wednesday through Friday (Three 12-hour shifts with a rotating schedule every 4 months.)
